Hope in Harmony uses music to help and heal those in need within the community by providing various educational and therapeutic programs directly into the neighborhoods where those people reside. Our programs aid in improving quality of life, access to arts and culture, lifting spirits, and providing music education to underserviced youth. Hope in Harmony also seeks to educate people and raise awareness of the many health benefits that music can provide.
Volunteer musicians go directly into the heart of the community or from room to room in healthcare facilities providing live music for patients by the bedside.
Volunteer musicians work with community members and patients to create their own music, and Hope in Harmony also brings in volunteer recording engineers to record and produce their songs. We bring an
on-site mobile recording studio, and the finished recordings are packaged and delivered upon completion.
Volunteer musicians bring in instruments and equipment to teach community members and patients how to play, read, and write music.
